Shipping & Delivery Policy

RankFlare is an online software service. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped.

1. How the service is delivered

• Free trial and new accounts: you get access online as soon as you sign up and confirm your email address.
• Paid plans: your plan is activated online as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, usually within a few minutes.
• Results: rankings and AI answers appear in your dashboard once each check finishes. Reports and alerts are delivered in the app and by email to the address on your account.

2. Delivery charges

There are no delivery or shipping charges.

3. Problems with access

If your account or plan isn't active within 24 hours of signing up or paying, email hello@rankflare.in with your account email, and we'll sort it out. If we can't give you access, you'll get a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
