Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and RankFlare ("RankFlare", "we", "us") for using rankflare.in and the RankFlare app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use RankFlare for a company or for clients, you confirm you may accept these terms on their behalf.

1. The Service

RankFlare tracks where websites appear in Google search results by location and device, checks how AI assistants mention brands in their answers, and provides related analysis, audits, alerts and reports. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a feature you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate details when you sign up.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once at hello@rankflare.in if you think someone else has used it.
• One free trial per person or business. Creating extra accounts to get more trials or credits isn't allowed.

3. Free trial

New accounts may start with a free trial. The trial length and its limits are shown when you sign up. The trial ends on its own; we don't charge you unless you choose a paid plan.

4. Plans, payments and renewals

• Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment provider, Razorpay. Prices are shown on our website and in the app; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method you choose for each renewal.
• Each plan includes monthly allowances, such as projects, keywords, AI questions, ranking credits and an AI budget. Allowances reset at the start of each month, and unused allowances don't carry over.
• If a payment fails, we may limit your account until it is paid.
• We may change prices. We'll tell you at least 14 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
• Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, harmful or misleading, or to infringe others' rights;
• try to access other users' data, break or bypass our security, limits or allowances, or overload the Service;
• copy, resell or give others access to the Service itself, except sharing reports and report links with your own clients as your plan allows; or
• use automated tools to scrape the Service, or try to reverse engineer it.

6. Your data

You own the data you add to RankFlare and the reports created for your projects. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to track the websites, brands and keywords you add.

7. Results and third-party data

Search rankings come from a professional search data provider, and AI answers come from AI models. Search results and AI answers change often and can differ by time, location, device and wording, so the data RankFlare shows is a measurement at a point in time, not a guarantee. RankFlare does not guarantee any ranking, traffic, AI mention or business result. Recommendations are suggestions; decide for yourself whether to act on them.

8. Our rights

RankFlare, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use the Service while your account is active; they don't transfer any ownership to you.

9. Availability

We work to keep RankFlare available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or problems with the services we rely on.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RankFlare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using RankFlare and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or is used for fraud. Where possible, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top, and if a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use RankFlare after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
